The venue was clean and the staff were efficient. Got a recently renovated room with a nice view. - the location was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect - within a walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. - We had VERY VERY GOOD days staying at this brand-new hotel.

The indoor swiming pool and the spa. The restaurant is a little bit expensive for Bulgaria but the food is good.

Picturesque and quiet location next to the mountain in a relaxing area. Newly remodelled, stylish room with an electronic key card, multi-channel television, and a sitting area. - Varied breakfast is at a 5-star level.

If you are a spa - addicted like me this is the right place to be. Excellent facilities (take care - the massage is a little bit overpriced and the access to sauna is not included in the regular package you pay) including facilities for your children. Crispy clean, beautiful green gardens, excellent breakfast. I'll give them a 9.7.
This is a spa resort - a weighter and an automatic blood presure machine should be available in the sauna park and / or in each room. The wi-fi internet is not so great as the rest of the hotel.

Good overall value for money - free high speed internet in room, spa center, very good breakfast
Staff barely speaks/understands english, has no information about local activities or areas of interest - not recommended for international travellers

This was my 2nd stay at this hotel. Wonderful spa facilities (but you have to pay extra!!!) and nice pools (both inside and outside) represent the main atractions of the hotel.
The "appartments". Take care there are a lot located in a diffrent building; the price you pay for them is 5star related but you receive poor and ugly apartments without any tuch of 5star luxury. In the "thermopool" room you will find wall fungus. The breakfast changed and low quality cheese and ham have been introduced. The waiters use to forget small coins (2-3 leva that means 1-1.5 Euro) when they have to give you changes and have a 10 words english vocabulary. The 2nd restaurant is closed in the evening and the offer of the mediteraneean one is based on frozen meat (the worst T-bone a received ever!). Sorry- this hotel receive now a 3.5 from me.
Tourists from United States of America often stay at these properties. Consider them for your next trip.
